I allow no refunds or returns. These are custom illustrations in a personal style, they are not photo realism, whilst I always aim to capture likeness there are some exaggerations made within the style as they are fashion illustrations. 
 

This style specifically I create a pencil sketch first so you can approve the drawing before it is coloured in.

I allow all customers to choose to see a photo before they are sent out or have it be a surprise! 

So please be specific if you like a specific one of my styles, or would like a certain pose/ things to be included. 

I am based in London. All A4 commissions sent within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour so an email address and phone number will be requested. 
The drawings are sent in plastic sleeves and in board backed envelopes to protect the illustration. 
For any international orders the most appropriate shipping method will be used.
